Learners understand the responsibilities of Omnimuse with regard to the implementation of the program in the school.

In this block, we are going to learn about what all Omnimuse is responsible for when it comes to the implementation of the program in your school.

Step 4 Content

Omnimuse CEO Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely development of quality curriculum and assessments
  • Develop the training curriculum for teachers, coordinators, and principals
  • Develop the Omnimuse Product and end-to-end Implementation system
  • Ensure effective training of the teachers, coordinators, and principals
  • Ensure achievement of the learning outcomes and learning goals in all school students

Step 5 Description

  • Learners understand the responsibility of the Omnimuse Curriculum Development Team 

Step 5 Content

Omnimuse Curriculum Development Team Responsibilities

  • Create a minimum of 75% Grade 3-5 Math teacher facing curriculum and assessment
  • Create a minimum of 50% Grade 3 and 4 EVS/ENG teacher facing curriculum and assessment
  • Upload all subject curriculum, training curriculum, and assessments into the Omnimuse LMS
  • Implement the TLP gamification system in the LMS
  • Implement the TLP reporting system in the LMS
  • Generate the required reports

 

Step 6 Description

  • Learners understand the responsibility of the Omnimuse Program Head 

Step 6 Content

Omnimuse Program Head Responsibilities

  • In charge of implementation quality of the TLP Grade 3 to 5 program across 2 schools (KB and SN), ensuring the service blueprint and processes are followed
  • Train teachers and coordinators, ensure they meet the training goals and milestones
  • Train principals and other leadership, ensure they meet the training goals
  • Oversee teacher demos and observe teacher classes
  • Collect data from Principals, Coordinators, student reports, and classroom observation to ensure quality implementation and student learning
  • Loop back information to the CEO and Curriculum Lead for tweaking the curriculum and implementation processes with feedback from the field
  • Have daily meetings with coordinators and principals in order to take updates about classes
