Block Learning Objectives

Check other people’s names.
Answer simple questions with negative/affirmative responses – Yes/No.

Grammar and Syntax:
Ask questions starting with ‘is’ – Is her name Pooja?
Respond in yes or no + 3rd person pronoun + to be verb – Yes it is or No it isn’t.
Use 3rd person singular pronouns – his, her, it.

Ask and respond to questions in 3rd person singular.

Before Block

  • Test video conferencing system
  • Ensure that you have an internet connection and a contingency plan for connectivity issues.
  • Ensure that you have read the session plan at least twice and practiced it.
  • Ensure all audios to be played are loaded in the laptop.
  • Ensure that you have the necessary resources (audio recordings, vocabulary pronunciations etc.)
